Evening Shift Leadman
Lead our evening crew. You'll set up and prove out jobs on our Okuma and Kitamura mills and Okuma lathes, solve the problems that stop a run, and help operators get better every shift.

Set up and run CNC mills and lathes on precision work, from prototypes to repeat production, as part of a small team that takes pride in getting every part right.
Evening Shift Leadman — CNC Setup
Lead our evening crew. You'll set up and prove out jobs on our Okuma and Kitamura mills and Okuma lathes, solve the problems that stop a run, and help operators get better every shift.
- Lead and support the evening-shift operators, set priorities, and keep multiple jobs moving
- Set up and run jobs on the Okuma MX-45 and MC-4VA mills, the Kitamura Mycenter Zero, and the Okuma Crown and LB15 lathes
- Review prints, prove out programs, and troubleshoot toolpaths, offsets, setups, and tooling
- Check first pieces and in-process parts against the drawing, and document what the job needs
- Coach operators on setups and inspection so the whole crew gets stronger
- Hand off cleanly with the day shift so nothing gets lost between shifts
- Read and understand mechanical drawings
- Set up and run CNC machines: Okuma MX-45 and MC-4VA mills, Kitamura Mycenter Zero, Okuma Crown and LB15 lathes
- A minimum of 5 years of CNC setup experience
- Ability to troubleshoot programs, toolpaths, setups, and tooling issues
- Experience guiding and leading other employees in a team environment
- Able to manage many tasks at once
CNC Mill / Lathe Operator
Set up and run CNC mills and lathes on precision work, from prototypes to repeat production, as part of a small team that takes pride in getting every part right.
- Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes from prints and setup sheets
- Load programs, set tools and offsets, and run parts to print
- Check parts with micrometers, calipers, indicators, and gauges, and record results
- Spot problems early and flag them to the lead before they become scrap
- Keep your machine and work area clean, organized, and safe
- Read and understand mechanical drawings
- 5 years of experience setting up and operating CNC mills
- Flexible and able to handle many tasks at once
- Able to work in a team environment
