This policy explains how Micro Tool Engineering, Inc. ("MTE," "we") collects and uses information through microtoolengineering.com and when you contact us by email, phone, or in person. We are a precision machine shop at 7575 Central Industrial Dr, Riviera Beach, FL 33404.

Information you give us. When you request a quote, sign up for email, or contact us, we receive what you choose to send: your name, company, email, phone, project details, and any drawings, CAD files, or specifications.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring site. If website analytics are enabled, they measure visits and interactions (for example, clicks on "Request a quote") in aggregate.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information, and we do not ask for payment card details on this website.
How we use it

Your drawings and technical data
Customer drawings and technical data are treated as confidential. They are used only to quote, manufacture, inspect, and service your parts, and are shared only with people and qualified outside processors (for example, heat treat or finishing vendors) who need them to do that work. We will sign your NDA on request. If your data is export-controlled, tell us before sending it so we can agree on how it will be transmitted and handled.
Third-party services on this site
Some pages load content from other providers, which may receive your IP address when your browser requests it: Google Fonts (typefaces), Google Maps (embedded maps and directions), and image hosting services. Their use of that data is governed by their own privacy policies. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their practices.
Email list
If you subscribe, we use your email address only to send MTE updates. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, or you can email info@microtoolengineering.com and we'll remove you.
How long we keep it
We keep quote and order records, including drawings, as long as needed to support your parts and to meet quality-system and legal retention requirements (medical device records in particular may need to be kept for years). Other inquiries are kept only as long as they are useful. Ask us and we'll tell you what we hold.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please avoid sending highly sensitive data by ordinary email; call us to arrange a secure transfer.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, or to stop sending you email, by contacting info@microtoolengineering.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state law; we will honor applicable requests and will not discriminate against you for making them. We may need to verify your identity and may keep records we are legally required to retain.
